  • In Schererville, Indiana, drinking seems to be a family tradition for one family. Police pulled over and arrested a 24 year-old mother in a mini van for driving drunk. Mom happened to have her 1 year-old son in the car with her at the time. So police called the boy’s father to come pick him up but officers determined that he too was intoxicated and also arrested him on a drunk driving charge. Then they called the grandparents but when they arrived…you get the gist of this…they too were intoxicate. Fortunately the grandmother, who had been driving, was not over the legal limit so officers escorted them home with the child.

  • In Evanston, Illinois, a 90 year-old woman has been found living in a house with her three siblings. Nothing unusual with that right, except that the three siblings were all dead. Police are still probing the siblings ages and causes of death, however, they do not suspect foul play. Autopsies may take quite awhile as the deaths occurred so long ago. Two of the bodies were skeletons and the third was decomposing. The woman, described by neighbors as a nice old lady who enjoyed gardening, was brought to the hospital for observation.

  • From Williamsburg, Kentucky, where the high cost of scrap medal has led to a group of dimwits downfalls. For unidentified idiots somehow managed to detach a 20-foot section of railroad track. They then tried to load it onto their truck, but after finding that it was easier said than done, they hooked a chain to it and drove off, dragging the big piece of track behind them. Police officers called to the scene simply had to follow the gouge marks in the road to said idiots final destination, the local scrap buyer.
