Go Daddy.com has had its share of rejected Super Bowl spots, but the latest commercial to get the boot comes as a surprise to the Arizona company's CEO.  Bob Parsons told the "Phoenix Business Journal" the ad in question does not feature half-dressed women, but rather a fictitious "effeminate" former football star that designs lingerie.  The rejection letter from CBS, the network carrying the big game, said the spot quote, "had the potential to offend a significant number of people."  Despite that rejection, the Internet service provider will still have some racy ads appearing during the broadcast.
