Well, another weekend flown by. So... I was at the Target off Campbell Lane last Friday after I left the station, because it's one of my favorite stores, and spent a little time at the Playstation 3 display. Now, I am not really a gamer at all. I have never owned any of the previous Playstations, but I had heard so much about this machine, that I decided to check it out for myself. I figured, if people were getting gunned down over this machine, then it must be something pretty spectacular. Long story short, I became so enthralled with the amazing graphics on their demo game, that in no time at all I was being told the store was closing.
Now, that's addicting! I will say, that even though the gaming was fun, I am much more of a movie buff. So, instead of dropping 6 bills on the new PS3, I decided to head home, after stopping by the Blockbuster next to the radio station. I finally watched "The Prestige." Great movie, but quite the unexpected ending. All the ads for this movie lead you to believe that it's pretty cut and dry. And without giving anything away, let's just say you think you see the ending at the beginning of the movie, but there's really so much more to figure out.
Another movie that I missed in theaters but am really excited to see, is "Casino Royale" which comes out this Tuesday on DVD and Blu-Ray, for you high-deffers.
